Sunket Balcony Solar System is a ready-to-use solar system for private applications on balconies, terraces, carports, or outdoor installations. They generate grid-compliant alternating current with 230V/50Hz, which is fed directly into the existing grid of your house. This allows you to significantly reduce the energy purchase from your network operator. In contrast to the well-known method of installing many modules on roof surfaces and connecting them via a separate meter, our Balcony Solar System is connected directly to the house network. This means there is only a small installation effort. The legal basis for this was created in Germany with the pre-standard DIN VDE V 0100-551-1 published in May 2018. In contrast to large PV systems, most power grid operators offer a “simplified registration” with the minimal effort up to a total nominal solar module output of 600Wp.
